Default The Phoenix - From Star Trek

Worked up an OpenRocket simulation for The Phoenix. The 1st ship to reach Warp speed.

It's powered by a 29mm motor and is a mid-fuselage eject.

I'm using a couple of BT/C-60 tubes for fins... think tube fins out in the wind.

This is the first time I have heard of the Phoenix.

It would appear that the warp pods were designed to pivot into those slots in the body for launch through the atmosphere.

I'd like to see a kit made of the "Nomad" from Star Trek.
Combination of boxes, coffee cans, and flower pots.
J-powr at leest.

Failure may not be an OPTION, but it is ALWAYS a POSSIBILITY.
ALL systems are GO for MAYHEM, AGITATION, CHAOS, TURMOIL, FIASCOS, AGGRAVATION, INSTIGATION, NUISANCE-ACTION, and HAVOC !

Nomad Mk-15C, or the model that merged with Tan Ru?

In 2005, Nomad was damaged by a meteoroid and lost contact with Earth, wandering without purpose. It later encountered an alien probe called Tan Ru in deep space. The two units merged, resulting in a powerful new construct with faulty programming, which sought to destroy anything that was perceived as imperfect; a condition that it evidently applied to any organic living being.
