Rocketry Display and Work Stands
Three desktop stands that you can use to display you flying model rockets
The Launch Ring Stand is modeled on the Redstone launch mount. This is a two part stand, where the ring needs to be glued to the support posts of the base. This is the first version, and we plan a more detailed, 'scale-like' version later on. We also have a "Y" Cradle for displaying a rocket horizontally or to use while working on the model. The 3D print (stl) files are available on Thingiverse at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6398721 All of these stands were created in Tinkercad. Links to the CAD files are below 18mm stand - https://www.tinkercad.com/things/7U...m-desktop-stand 24mm stand - https://www.tinkercad.com/things/i0...24mm-desk-stand 18mm Launch Ring - https://www.tinkercad.com/things/eV...tone-launch-pad 'Y' Cradle - https://www.tinkercad.com/things/5g...c-rocket-cradle

Those are really nice! For those who don't have a 3D printer, I'd like to recommend the new stands by Boyce Aerospace Hobbies. They are somewhat like the Estes stands, but have a lower CG and are very sturdy!
For example, 24mm: https://boyceaerospacehobbies.com/p...50e4dfac5&_ss=r |

Home Made Rocket Stands
I turn display stands on my wood lathe for my scratch build fleet.
And for those who don't have a wood lathe, store bought racks for coats can also be used.
