Just wanted to post a bump to this thread. I happened upon Hans' site again today and and had a great time re-reading all the tips. Thanks, Hans.

Have you tried Ctrl - minus (at least in IE)? Makes the page smaller, and maybe that will affect the print-out...

Update:
December 18, 2011 - This site was donated to the NAR and is located is now located: http://www.nar.org/HowToBuildAModelRocket/index.html I was told some of the "readability" issues have been corrected by the NAR web master. Thanks for all the hits! I wanted to donate the site where it could do the most good. (Besides that, my web server has raised their rates too high - again!)

Bookmarked. I'll include this site with my material I give to new 4H Rocketry leaders for their emerging rocketeers. Very useful and thanks for creating it!
