Seriously, used to be many, many things that were in common use (for lack of a better way of putting it) that we blindly accepted back in the day that just would not fly (no pun intended) today. Some of that increased sensitivity to those kinds of things is good, but in other ways it has obviously gone way, way overboard. We can?t even laugh at ourselves anymore.
