Wow, yeah, those are pretty intricate devices, more so than I had realized.
I wonder how often back in the day they had to be serviced? Lots of moving parts there with fine tolerances. Full digital devices have just about completely killed those kind of electro-mechanical devices from yesteryear. Earl
