Default A Cato

At our September launch, one of our club members launched his prized Estes Saturn 1b on a cluster of four C6s. As the photo shows, two of the motors decided not to cooperate.

Surprisingly, the only damage was a couple of fins that cracked upon landing. The back end is intact, although the two nefarious motors are stuck in there rather good.

Really odd to see C6s blow like that, though I've had one do that to me.

Date code on the failed motors?

Since it was a cluster of (4) were the (2) that failed the same data code?

Gotta wonder what's going on at Estes.
