It's a 3FNC rocket. Going to the nines for exacting dimensional proportions seems to me to be a waste of time and effort. You could kit bash a Quest Superbird kit and doll it up with some decals and there's your Nike Ram.

Gary said a long time ago it will have an existing Quest nose cone. The rest is just fins, tubing, decals, etc. All stuff that any of us here can work out on our own.

Yup... It looks like an existing Quest nose cone, like on the Superbird. 35mm body tube. Streamer recovery. Gary can take another year if he needs to roll this "classic" out.
